Currently, “working for Adare Pharma as an analytical scientist located in Philadelphia. I hope I have a chance to get a dog one day. Actually I got an approval for the US residence petition a month ago.”

“I’m currently working as an Investigator at GSK in the High-Throughput Automation. My role is to design and execute analytical screening workflows using our team’s automation platforms. I’ve led the development of high-sensitivity HPLC methods for long-acting injectable solubility screening, and I’m currently working on an end-to-end workstation for small molecule solubility assays using the Hamilton Vantage automation platform. I’m also an active member of the Chromatography Technique Network at GSK where I’m supporting initiatives involving the implementation of the Axcend portable capillary HPLC system.
As for my personal life, my wife gave birth to our daughter back in June of 2023 which has kept me very busy over the past year. Her name is Lily, and she love eating all kinds of food, going to swimming lessons, and chasing our dogs around the house. She’s just starting to learn a few words and pull herself up into a standing position.”

I’ve been at PPG Industries, Inc. as a Research Chemist for four years. I’m mid-role transition from 1) a liquid chromatography role where I rapidly develop RPLC methods for purity testing of specialty chemicals to 2) a GPC/SEC method development and research role. I’m excited about the new challenges that this transition brings and the exposure to different research problems within the company.
As for my personal life, my wife, Kiera and I have bought a house in which we are working on finishing the basement. We have also gotten a dog, Murphy, who is 3 years old and full of energy. We enjoy traveling and the outdoors, mostly hiking and camping. This past year I purchased two sailboats. One is built for speed (Hobie 16) and is easy to flip. As a result, Kiera and my family are hesitant to venture out on the Hobie with me which led to the purchase of a second slower, more stable sailboat (Catalina 22) with more amenities.”

“Personal accomplishments – My daughter is now 7, and I spend most of my free time running her around to her different activities. Last fall we moved to a house with a bit of land, and we now have a dog, 3 miniature horses, 1 pony, and 2 barn cats.
Professional accomplishments – I’ve been at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center for a year and a half now where I’m working on establishing an Alzheimer’s disease blood biomarker assay lab. We recently completed analyzing over 5,000 blood samples from our research participants representing 15 years of longitudinal data. These data will hopefully contribute to the validation of blood biomarker assays for AD detection.”
